Pest Control Association.  The application is straightforward and asks
several necessary pieces of information.  Please fill out the form and then
click the Submit button.  This will send the information to the DPCA
where it will be reviewed and then voted upon.  The Secretary of the
Delaware Pest Control Association will notify you of the final status of this
application.  DO NOT send dues until you have been notified of
acceptance into the association.
